– 深度自述 | DEPTH STATEMENT –

《⼀半海水一半焰火》是THESHAW2019系列的主题，这次我想要呈现的是更纯粹的视觉记忆，时间退回多年前，故乡旧洋楼⽅形窗外的天色，有时蓝天，有时晚霞，如诗⼀般的空间，浓烈且多层次的呈现在视觉里，是⼀段不能忘记的幻象。

艺术家将这纯粹的视觉体验提取出来，附于新系列的光学作品，不锈钢与光学玻璃既融合又分离，相互映衬又孑立于此，这特别的视觉呈现着冷暖互⽴又充满重量感的记忆气氛。

“OCEAN FLAME” is the theme of THESHAW’s new series. This time, Shaw wants to present a more pure visual memory. Time goes back many years ago, the sky outside the window of the old foreign building in her hometown, sometimes the blue sky, sometimes the sunset, such as the poetic space, strong and multi-level presentation in the visual space is an unforgettable illusion. Shaw extracted this pure visual experience, attaching it to the new series of installation, Stainless steel and optical glass are both fused and separated, standing alone against each other. This special vision presents a warm and cold memory atmosphere full of a sense of weight.
